CNC Vertical Drilling Machine:
1) Machine Structure
The machine's main components include: bed, rotary table, column, spindle mechanism, slide, and clamping mechanism.
1. The bed is cast in one piece, aged, and made of HT250. Stress-deformation simulation analysis confirms a rational structural design and strong load-bearing capacity.
2. The rotary table is a T-shaped table, cast and made of HT250. The bottom rotary mechanism utilizes a slewing bearing mechanism with an external ring gear, a servo motor drive, and system control.
3. The column is cast and made of HT250. It features a rational layout and structure, rigid rectangular guideways which has surface grinding treatment .
4. The spindle mechanism utilizes a domestically produced BT50 belt-driven mechanical spindle, driven by a synchronous toothed belt. It utilizes a pneumatic tool-cutter mechanism for rapid tool changes and is driven by a servo spindle motor with a central water outlet.
5. The slide is cast and made of HT250. The guide rails are linear guides, driven by a ball screw, driven by a servo motor, and controlled by a CNC system.
6. The clamping mechanism uses a hydraulic four-jaw self-centering chuck for clamping.
2) Machine Configuration
1. The machine uses a BT50 machining center spindle. Spindle model: BT50-190 Heavy Duty. Compatible with U-drills and boring tools.
2. Center-mounted water cooling with a high-pressure water pump.
3. Pneumatically operated cutting cylinder and manual tool change.
4. Servo spindle motor drives.
5. Nitrogen balance cylinder for counterweight support.
6. Load capacity: 2 tons.
7. The machine includes a signal alarm light.
8. The rotary table is controlled by a CNC system and driven by a servo motor. It also uses a dual-gear backlash elimination mechanism.
9. The return table can rotate at any angle. The servo motor and anti-backlash mechanism control the accuracy.
10. The machine is clamped with manual jaws. The worktable has eight T-shaped locating slots and a center locating hole.
11. The machine tool includes a sheet metal protective cover, spiral chip conveyor and chain plate chip conveyor.
